The journey so far

From underwriting automation to enterprise transformation.

My career began inside a life insurer in Mumbai, on both sides of the house — automating underwriting in IT while managing it in the business. Then came the turn that set my course: a chance to build dashboard analytics for a P&C insurer. Seeing every function of an insurance business through its data drew me into IT for good — and it still shapes how I work. Twenty-one years on, I bring that same end-to-end view of P&C: working knowledge across the entire value chain, deep product knowledge, SAFe Agile delivery at enterprise scale, and hands-on AI automation.
